Add Images to a Community Gallery

From time to time APAC will create Community Galleries to which Members may submit images. When a Community Gallery is available to which you may submit you will receive an email about it. You will be able to access and add to community galleries as follows: 

To View Images in any Gallery:

1. Navigate under the Organization Menu to “Galleries” and you will see a list of Galleries that you can access. Most of these Galleries will only allow you to View the images in them.
2. Choose either the “Slide Show” or Tiled Images” option to view the images

To Add Images to a Gallery:

Galleries to which you can submit images will either have been created by you or an Administrator. You can see Galleries to which you may submit in two ways:

The First Way:

1. Navigate under the “Organization Menu” to “Galleries” and you will see a list of Galleries that you can access. Most of these Galleries will only allow you to View the images in them.
2. Choose the “Manage Galleries” button. A list of Galleries to which you may submit images will appear

Find the Gallery to which you wish to submit images and Select “Edit and Upload Images”

You will be presented with the following options:

1. To upload an image from your computer choose the “Upload Images into this Gallery” button and follow the prompts.
2. To add an image from your Image Library choose “Add Images from my Image Library” and follow the prompts.
3. IMPORTANT: DO NOT use the “Add Images from Competitions" button. 

The Second Way 

1. Navigate to the “My Account” menu and choose “My Galleries”. You should see a list of Galleries that either you created or to which you have access. 
2. Find the Gallery to which you wish to submit images and Select “Edit and Upload Images”

You will be presented with the following options:

1. To upload an image from your computer choose the “Upload Images into this Gallery” button and follow the prompts.
2. To add an image from your Image Library choose “Add Images from my Image Library” and follow the prompts.
3. IMPORTANT: DO NOT use the “Add Images from Competitions button.
