Submit Images Directly From Your Computer
🔒 You must be logged in to the APAC website to submit images.

Navigate to the Competitions menu and select Submit Images to a Competition. All competitions you are eligible to enter will be listed with their details.

Click the Select button next to the competition you wish to enter. This opens a page with further details and reveals the submission buttons.

Click Upload Images into the Competition. This takes you to the Upload Images page.

Click Select. A file browser window will open so you can navigate to your image file on your computer.

Find your image, select it, and click Choose. You will be returned to the Upload Images page. Your filename will appear with an orange or green dot. If the dot is orange, wait until it turns green before proceeding.

Click Save Images and Proceed to Edit Page. Your image is now saved in your Image Library and you will be taken to the Edit New Images page.

Edit the image title if you want it to differ from the filename.

Choose your Competition Level (Category) from the dropdown.

Click Save any changes and return to the original page to complete your submission.
Submit Images From Your Image Library

Click Add Images from my Image Library. This takes you to the Upload Images page where you will see the Image Library search function. Adjust the search criteria if needed to locate a specific image.

Click Search for Images to find your image.

Locate the image you wish to submit and click its Selected radio button.

Click Finished Marking Desired Images. You will be returned to the Submit Image to Competition page where your selected images will appear at the bottom.

Locate and click the Edit button under the Image ID below the thumbnail.

Select your Category from the dropdown. The selection saves automatically.

Guidelines for Submitting Print Images
Prints must be single matted with backing and securely attached. Only black or white mattes are permitted.
Maximum matte size
16 x 20 inches
Minimum print size
5 x 7 inches
Permitted matte colours
Black or White only
Print fit requirement
Must fit within the matte
