Submission Infractions & Remedies

1. Infraction: Image is miscategorized at entry by mistake. 

    Remedy: Image will be re-categorized after the fact in    

    consultation with the maker. Scoring will be allocated to 

   the new category. 

2. Infraction: Image is miscategorized due to editing 

     infraction.

    Remedy: Image will be recategorized after the fact in 

    consultation with the maker. Scoring will be allocated to 

    the new category.

3. Infraction: Image includes a watermark.

    Remedy: Image is automatically disqualified from the 

    competition to which it was submitted. The image will be 

    allowed to be corrected and resubmitted to another 

    competition at another time.

4. Infraction: Images includes components not created by 

     the maker. 

    Remedy: Image is disqualified unless image was entered  

    through Domain 5.

5. Infraction: Too many images submitted to a competition.

    Remedy: For the first infraction the top scoring submitted 

    images to the maximum allowed in the competition will be 

    accepted and the remainder images disqualified in the  

    current competition. The disqualified images may be 

    entered in future competitions. Subsequent infractions will    

    result in all images disqualified.
