APAC & CAPA NATIONAL PHOTO WALK 

WHAT:
On Saturday, September 20, 2025, photographers from coast to coast will take part in the Inaugural CAPA National Photo Walk, a new annual tradition presented by the Canadian Association for Photographic Arts (CAPA). The event is open to everyone—CAPA members, non-members, photo clubs, camera enthusiasts, and beginners alike.

WHEN & WHERE
APAC is joining this event and hosting a Street Photography photowalk in Downtown Abbotsford from 11:00am-1:00pm. Participants will meet at 11:00am on Saturday September 20th at the Truck Sculpture in front of The Clay Cottage at 2536 Montrose Avenue. (Corner of Montrose and Gosling Way).

ALSO APAC members must register via the entry in the club calendar so we know if you’re coming.

Good Shoes

Weather gear if necessary

This photowalk will take place rain or shine.

Also, as further incentive to mark the launch of this national initiative, CAPA is offering a limited-time 20% discount on new individual memberships for non-members who register with CAPA for the walk.

At the conclusion of the event, CAPA will be hosting a public gallery and participants will be invited to share their favourite images so they can be enjoyed locally and alongside photographs created by walkers across Canada.
